Regular Membership
Any person, partnership, corporation, or firm engaged in retailing in Louisiana shall be eligible for membership subject to the approval of the Association Executive Director.
Associate Membership
Any association, person, partnership, corporation or firm having an interest in, but not actively or directly engaged in, retailing shall be eligible to become an associate member of the Association, without the right to vote and without the right to serve on the Board of Directors, subject to the approval of the Association Executive Director.
